INDEPENDENT OR INCLUDED
At Canopée Développement, our architectural designs are eye-catching. Indeed, our architectural designs are designed to captivate and inspire, combining aesthetics and functionality. Our buildings are super-efficient, because we integrate the principles of passive solar homes into the design of our plans to offer comfortable, energy-efficient homes. By simply exploiting the cardinal points and high-performance materials, we create naturally air-conditioned living spaces without resorting to mechanical means or solar panels.

Landscaping
OUR EXPERTISE
At Canopée Développement, landscaping is the art of designing and creating aesthetic, functional and harmonious outdoor spaces. It encompasses the planning, layout and management of natural elements (such as plants, trees and water features) and built elements (such as paths, terraces, retaining walls and decorative structures). The aim of landscaping is to improve the appearance and functionality of an outdoor space, creating a pleasant and welcoming environment that meets the needs and preferences of users while respecting the natural features of the site and the principles of environmental sustainability.
Enhancing the value of your land
A SUSTAINABLE APPROACH TO OPTIMIZING RESOURCES

Tree enhancement
Large trees are processed into planks or firewood.

Natural mulch
Branches and small trees are shredded to create mulch for planting.

Use of strains
The stumps are used as backfill and fertilizer under future plantings, in line with permaculture principles.

Composting
The plant cover is composted during the works to enrich future plantings.
Material separation
Brown earth, sand and rock are separated to form plateaus and retaining walls, especially necessary in mountainous areas.
Cost reduction
By minimizing the use of quarried materials, we significantly reduce filling and landscaping costs.
